2026 is already off to a strong and exciting start- in the most unexpected way.
Earlier this month, Megan Jacques, a Hong Kong–based content creator with over 300,000 followers across her platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and Rednote, shared a video that quickly gained traction, reaching over 500,000 views and 12,000 likes. In the video, Megan appears alongside our co-founder Charlene, both wearing silk scarves from our Hong Kong Collection — Megan in one Hong Kong Heritage 100*100cm, and Charlene wearing the Horizon 852 Pink 100*100cm silk scarf around her neck.
What truly resonated with viewers was the conversation they shared. Although Megan and Charlene both mixed French/Hong Kong grew up in Hong Kong, their language journeys were quite different. Megan grew up speaking fluent Cantonese, while Charlene was raised speaking French. Each started learning the other’s language a little later on— a contrast that sparked thoughtful discussion and strong engagement from the audience.
This exchange beautifully echoed the inspiration behind our Hong Kong Collection. Silk carré scarves are a timeless staple of French fashion, born in France, while the patterns draw directly from Hong Kong’s energy, culture, and visual identity. Wearing these scarves while sharing their stories felt deeply personal and authentic — a true reflection of the heritage that shaped Megan and Charlene.
Megan also shared a special discount code with her community, inviting more people to discover the collection and the other available designs, 15 in total! The response was overwhelming, with the video generating over 100 orders, making it an incredibly encouraging way to begin the year.
