Workshop Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  • Cancellations made 5 days or more before the workshop: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 24 hours and 5 days before the workshop: You may reschedule your workshop for a later date, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop: No refunds or rescheduling options are available.

Exchange and Returns Policy

At Botani Bloom, we prioritize the health and quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully:

Living Plants

Non-Returnable: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for living plants. Improper packaging can lead to damage during transit, and we want to ensure the best care for our plants.

No-Living Products

Return/Exchange Eligibility: Other products, such as pots and accessories, are eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Please note that the initial delivery fee is non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Contact Us: If you wish to return or exchange a non-living product, please email us at hello@botanibloom.com. We will guide you through the return process.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@botanibloom.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item as proof. We will arrange to send you a replacement.
Inspection Requirement: In some cases, we may request that you return the damaged item for further inspection.
