By availing of our product or services, you agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, and you will not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright laws) when using our products and services


You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the product or service, your use of the product, or access to the service, as well as any contact on the website through which the product or service is provided, without our express written consent.


Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our products and services.

Section 2 - Returns and Replacement Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt. This is specifically for non-perishable products only. To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse to process a refund, if the product returned is damaged due to clients’ mishandling

For perishable products, if purchased products are delivered broken, or a part is missing, once received, you have the right to return items within 7 days of receiving them, either personally or by courier. In either case, we will replace the product with the same specifications and amount.


Proof of damage (photographic or video evidence) should be provided. We reserve the right to deny replacement or refund of products, if proof is not presented within the said period.


Damage caused by user mishandling will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Section 3 - Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

Botani Bloom reserves the right to change the content of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor any changes to our site. We will not be liable if the information available on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The materials provided on this site are for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting more accurate, complete, or timely sources of information. Any reliance on the materials on this site is at your own risk.

Section 4 - Modifications to the Products and Prices

Botani Bloom reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue a product or service or any part of it at any time without notice. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice at our discretion. Botani Bloom will not be held liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of the product or service.

Section 5 - Products or Services (If Applicable)

Our products or services are available solely through our website. These items may have limited availability and can be returned or exchanged only if they were damaged from delivery in accordance with our Returns and Replacement Policy.

Section 6 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to decline any order you place with us. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel the quantities purchased by any individual. These limitations may apply to orders made using the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or the same billing and/or shipping address. If we need to modify or cancel an order, we will make an effort to notify you using the email and/or billing information provided at the time of the order. 

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing and account information for all purchases made at our store. You are responsible for promptly updating your account and other details, including your email address, credit card information, and expiration dates, to ensure we can complete your transactions and reach you when necessary.

Section 7 - Vouchers 

Gift vouchers grant the holder access to goods or services equivalent to the value specified. Vouchers can only be redeemed at botanibloom.com. Vouchers cannot be exchanged, either partially or fully, for cash. Vouchers are not redeemable in part. Each voucher may only be used once and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. If the total value of the order exceeds the voucher amount, the holder must pay the remaining balance. We reserve the right to refuse redemption of any gift code if there is any suspicion of fraud.

Vouchers expire at a specific date, which is defined as the date the email containing the voucher is sent to the purchaser.

Section 8 - User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions

If you submit comments to us, whether requested or unsolicited, you agree that we may use, edit, publish, and distribute these comments without restriction. We are not obligated to keep comments confidential, provide compensation, or respond.

While we may choose to monitor or remove content we deem inappropriate, we are not required to do so.


You agree that your comments will not infringe on any third-party rights and will not contain unlawful or harmful material. You must not mislead us about the origin of your comments. You are solely responsible for your comments and their accuracy, and we assume no liability for them.

Additionally, engaging in spam, phishing, scraping, or any obscene or immoral activities is not allowed.

We do not guarantee that your use of our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. 

Your use of the service, or your inability to use it, is at your own risk. The services delivered through it are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties or conditions, either express or implied.

In no event shall Botani Bloom or its directors and employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, savings, or data, arising from your use of the service or any products obtained through it. 

Section 12 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Botani bloom and its parent company (My Rooftop is Green), directors, employees, and interns from any claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms of Service or any related documents, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Section 13 - Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will still be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The unenforceable portion will be considered severed from these Terms, and this determination will not impact the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Section 14 - Termination

The obligations and liabilities of both parties incurred before the termination date will continue to be effective after the termination of this agreement.

These Terms of Service remain in effect until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by informing us that you no longer wish to use our Services or by ceasing to use our site.


If we believe you have failed to comply with any terms of these Terms of Service, we may terminate the agreement at any time without notice. In this case, you will remain responsible for all amounts due up to the termination date, and we may deny you access to our products or services.

Section 15 - Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your product, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt. However, the amount to be refunded will exclude delivery charges incurred. 

We may request photographic evidence of the item before sending it back, as we cannot process a refund without it.

Section 16 - Entire Agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision in these Terms of Service does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms of Service, along with any policies or operating rules posted on this site regarding the Service, represent the entire agreement between you and us. They govern your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or proposals—whether oral or written—between you and us, including any previous versions of the Terms of Service.


Any ambiguities in these Terms will not be interpreted against the drafting party.
